The new Hahnel 280 PRO Cable Release for Olympus / Panasonic has a much better grip surface and comes with a 2-meter extension cable. This cable release allows you to take photos without touching the camera so that the camera does not move when the shutter release button is pressed. This is especially useful when recording with slow shutter speeds, or macro and telescopic images. With the trigger, the shutter can also be locked for the desired time. Just like the shutter release button of the camera, the shutter release button can be pressed fully or half, the camera will focus on half-press and the camera will take a photo when fully pressed. The button can also be locked at the bottom for long exposure times.
