Thanks to the 16-layer HD Mk II coating, this filter is extra strong and has an anti-reflection, water- and oil-repellent and stain-resistant coating. In addition, this filter has chemically reinforced optical glass, making it 4 times stronger and clearer than normal glass.

The HD Mk II UV not only blocks UV rays but also functions as a lens protector. Due to the extremely thin frame, this filter is also suitable for wide-angle lenses.
