The Hoya Fusion Antistatic Professional UV Filter features a specially developed coating with a dust-repelling effect, perfect for environments where dust is prevalent. These filters require less cleaning and maintenance than traditional filters, and the hardened, antistatic top layer is water-repellent, smudge-resistant, and scratch-resistant! The Fusion Antistatic Professional filters are manufactured in Japan from hand-selected silicates that have been carefully melted and blended to deliver high performance. Furthermore, an enhanced nine-layer Super Multi-coating is applied to the glass with the utmost care and precision. This results in a significant reduction or even complete elimination of reflections on the glass surface, delivering exceptionally high light transmission. This filter has virtually no effect on the colour balance, contrast, or clarity of the final image.
