Ilford Multigrade FB Classic (20.3 x 25.4 cm 1K 100 sheets) paper is a baryta-coated fibre-based paper with a glossy finish, specially designed for traditional black and white photographic prints.

Ilford MG FB Classic, 20.3 x 25.4 cm 1K 100 Sheets

This paper has a double weight of 255 gsm and a white base tint for neutral colours. It is also a variable contrast paper with seven different contrast grades. These grades are accessible using filters calibrated to the correct speed.

Multigrade FB Classic is designed for use with all enlargers and is equally suited to printing conventional negatives as well as XP2 Super negatives. It is recommended to use a dark orange, dark brown or red filter and a 15W bulb as a safelight.
