Ilford Multigrade RC Deluxe 1M (21 x 29.7 cm 100 sheets) photo paper features a neutral base, noticeably deeper blacks, improved midtone separation, and a more linear contrast than its predecessor. This box of 100 sheets of Ilford Multigrade RC Deluxe paper is highly versatile and suitable for all traditional black-and-white printing needs. The paper has a glossy 1M surface that is smooth and reflective, delivering noticeably deep blacks and a long apparent tonal scale. This paper features an improved emulsion with a more linear contrast profile that responds consistently and accurately across the full 00–5 range of Multigrade filters for fine-tuning the print.

The paper also has a truly neutral base tone and responds particularly well to a variety of toning solutions for adjusting the final print colour. The improved emulsion also delivers deeper blacks and better midtone separation, offering greater flexibility when printing negatives of varying densities. In addition, it is suitable for printing both conventional black-and-white negatives and chromogenic black-and-white negative films, and the paper can be processed using standard black-and-white chemicals in trays or with machine processors.
