Suitable for all black-and-white films, the Simplicity Film Fixer is available in a convenient sachet containing the right amount of liquid concentrate to develop 2 rolls of 35mm (135) film or 1 roll of 120 film when using a 600 ml developing tank for 2 rolls, at a dilution of 1:5.

Ilford Simplicity Film Fixer is available as individual sachets, multipacks of 5 sachets (this product), or as part of a starter kit containing 1x film developer, 1x stop bath, 1x fixer solution, and 1x wetting agent.

Please note: The Simplicity Film Fixer contains Ilford Rapid Fixer and must not be used with hardening fixers.

Instructions for use

Pour the entire contents of the developer, stop bath, and fixer sachets into separate measuring jugs, dilute each to 600 ml with water at the correct temperature, stir thoroughly until fully mixed, and then use as part of the normal develop, stop, fix, and rinse procedure. At the end of the rinse procedure, add 2 caps of wetting agent to the tank and invert the film five times before removing it.
