The Laowa 65mm T2.9 2X Macro APO Cine is the ideal lens for videographers who want to zoom in and capture the smallest details. The lens has a 2x magnification factor, allowing you to get really close to your subject.

The lens has an aperture of T2.9 and consists of 9 aperture blades. This creates a very shallow depth of field and a soft, rounded bokeh. The lens is composed of 14 elements, divided into 10 groups. The 2 apochromatic elements and 3 ELD elements reduce chromatic aberration and distortion and ensure optimal image formation.

You can very precisely set your focus and aperture with the 2 stepless 0.8 MOD gear rings. And feel free to get close, as the focusing mechanism is inside the lens. This means you won't accidentally bump your subject when you change your focus.

Besides macro shooting, the lens is also good for portrait photography and video or all-round shooting. Despite the extreme magnification you can achieve, it's also possible to focus at infinity.
