The Leofoto DC-284 Centre Column is a centre column that is suitable for the Leofoto Mountain LS-284 and LS-324 Ranger carbon tripods.

Leofoto DC-284 centre column for LS-284 and LS-324

The Leofoto DC-284 Centre Column is a centre column compatible with the Leofoto Mountain LS-284 and LS-324 Ranger carbon tripods. With this removable centre column, you can adjust the working height of the aforementioned tripods by up to 31.5 centimetres.

The centre column is 28mm thick and made from 10 layers of cross-woven carbon fibre and CNC-milled aluminium. This makes the centre column lightweight (just 143 grams) yet strong. You can easily adjust the centre column using the butterfly nut on the tripod plate. You can also insert the centre column upside down into the tripod, allowing you to work close to the ground — ideal for macro photography.

The top plate of this centre column features a 3/8-inch tripod screw, so you can attach a tripod head with a 3/8-inch connection. Adjust the working height of your LS-284 and LS-324 tripod with this centre column!
