The Manfrotto 290 Carbon Monopod is lightweight, but very sturdy in the process. It minimises vibrations and features a 4-piece carbon composite leg. The latter ensures compact size during transport and maximum flexibility. Thanks to the wrist strap, you have a firm grip on the monopod and are immediately ready to shoot. Besides a camera, you can also attach a tripod head using the 1/4'' and 3/8'' connections.

The Safety Payload of this tripod is 10 kg. With this, Manfrotto guarantees safe use up to 10 kg. The Max Payload may be higher. Together with a maximum length of 151 cm, this makes for a very versatile monopod.
