The Manfrotto MK290XTA3-BH Aluminium Tripod Kit includes the sturdy and stable aluminium tripod Manfrotto 290 Xtra with a minimum height of 40 cm and a maximum height of 170 cm. The tripod has a weight of 2.2 kg and a Safety Payload of 7 kg. The legs consist of three sections that you can adjust in length thanks to the fliplock lock. The tension of the fliplock lock is adjustable, ensuring a firm lock throughout the life of the tripod. The Manfrotto 290 Xtra gives you a choice of four leg angle positions, allowing you to position the tripod on almost any surface for maximum creativity. In addition, the centre column is also adjustable in height and one of the legs is rubberised for a comfortable and firm grip.

The tripod comes with the compact Manfrotto 496RC2 ball head, including 200PL-14 quick release plate. The smooth moving ball head together with the quick release mechanism allow quick and easy framing of the subject. The friction is very precisely adjustable, allowing you, even with a heavier camera and lens, to make very fine adjustments.
