The Novoflex is an adapter to put a Canon FD lens on a Canon EOS-R camera. That way, you can keep using your good equipment in combination with new techniques and cameras. The adapter is made of steel and aluminium. Each adapter has a unique black finish on the inside to prevent reflection. When using the adapter, focus should be set manually. Thus, focusing at infinity always remains possible. The flange focal distance compensation allows, for example, the great Leica M and R ‘old timers’ to be used in combination with Canon R body techniques.
