The Panasonic VW-HU1E handle grip for HC-X1500E is a removable top grip that adds a microphone input to your HC-X1500E camcorder. The handle grip features two 3-pin XLR audio inputs, a microphone holder, a start/stop recording button, a zoom lever and a built-in LED light.

Panasonic VW-HU1E hand grip for HC-X1500E

The Panasonic VW-HU1E hand grip for the HC-X1500E adds a detachable top handle and microphone input to your HC-X1500E camcorder. The handle features two 3-pin XLR audio inputs, a microphone holder, a start/stop record button, a zoom lever, and a built-in LED light.

The VW-HU1E attaches to the top of the camera using the patented connector and is secured with a thumbscrew. The two 3-pin XLR audio inputs feature volume controls and selectable mic/line and 48V phantom power functions, allowing you to add two audio channels to your recording. A microphone holder on top conveniently accommodates a standard shotgun microphone.

The LED light at the front of the unit lets you illuminate your shot and also offers dimmer control. A shoe mount and a mounting thread on top allow you to attach additional accessories.
