The Optic Film 120 film scanner from Plustek converts all your 35mm negatives, slides and 120mm medium format film into digital files that you can edit and view on the computer. This is done quickly via an automatic batch scan function and uses a high resolution 5300dpi sensor with 48-bit colour depth to capture all the details of the originals. The recently renewed film holders ensure good positioning during scanning and make sure the images are not skewed or incorrect. The scanner's built-in infrared channel ensures that any dust and scratches are removed without cumbersome post-processing. In addition, the included IT 8 calibration slide ensures a targeted colour result. This means you don't have to rescan or apply extensive colour corrections.
