The compact SmartOffice PS3060U fits easily on any office desktop. Its design gives you easy setup before use and it is easy to fold the cover and output tray when scanning is complete.

The PS3060U is suitable for the office, a small business or for all portable scanning tasks with the Carrier bag. The Carrier bag is designed to transport the scanner safely and easily wherever you go. It has a convenient shoulder strap and is a top-loading bag with a handy flap providing quick access to the scanner.

The PS3060U is a duplex scanner with a speed of 30 pages per minute and a 50-sheet automatic document feeder, making it efficient for scanning. The duty cycle of 4,000 pages per day ensures that the PS3060U can be used in any application that requires frequent document scanning.

With its built-in ultrasonic multi-feed detection function, the PS3060U scanner prevents multi-feeds by checking document thickness and detecting overlapping pages. When a multi-feed is detected, scanning stops and an alert message is displayed.

The PS3060U can handle different types of document paper, from office documents, receipts, invoices to business cards. It can also scan the thickness of up to 1.2 mm for ID cards, driving licences and insurance cards.

The PS3060U comes with ABBYY FineReader Sprint, making it easy to convert scanned documents and images to Microsoft Word, Excel or a searchable PDF. It also retains the original document style and text search function.
