The Polaroid Go Gen 3 Instant Camera - Black is a compact analogue instant camera that is compatible with Polaroid Go film. The updated fixed-focus lens of 63.75 mm delivers sharper images with more contrast, with the lens positioned deeper inside the housing to reduce glare in bright lighting. The aperture alternates between f/14.4 and f/32, and the shutter speed ranges from 1/500 to 1 second.

The camera features a selfie mirror on the front for framing selfies, a self-timer and a double exposure mode, combining two separate shots into one photo. The built-in flash, based on a gas discharge tube, supports shooting in various lighting conditions. For the best results, Polaroid recommends using the flash in all lighting conditions.

Photos are ejected immediately after capture and develop visibly. The camera is compatible with Polaroid Go film, with photos in a format that fits in a phone case. The lithium-ion battery provides power for up to 15 packs of film. The body is made from ABS and polycarbonate, while the lens is made from polycarbonate resin.
