An ND filter, also known as a grey filter, reduces the amount of light on the sensor. This makes it possible to shoot with a larger aperture or shoot videos with the right settings (double shutter speed x frame rate), even on a sunny day.

In addition, the polarisation part of the PolarPro filter reduces reflections on water or glass, enhances colours (especially green and blue) and increases contrast. As a result, these filters give a more vivid and balanced image.
