The RODE NTG-4+ Shotgun Microphone with digital circuitry and built-in rechargeable battery is designed for ENG, filmmaking, field recording, sound design and broadcast applications.

Technical specifications

The Rode NTG-4+ Premium Shotgun Microphone builds on the platform created by the successful Red NGT2. The NGT4+ has an updated capsule for low noise and high sensitivity. On the microphone are three handy digital switching buttons for high pass, pad and boost, thus setting the sound level is very easy.

The NTG4+ is the first microphone that has an internal rechargeable lithium battery, which allows you to continuous make sound recordings for up to 150 hours. Via the USB connection, the battery is fully charged within two hours. Can be used on the camera as well as mounted on a boom.
