The Rycote PCS-Spigot is the ideal accessory to convert tripods and arms with spigot connectors into super-reliable, quick-release systems and attach any kit with a 3/8" thread. Designed for all articulated arms and stands with a 5/8" (16 mm) spigot.

Made of robust, high-quality materials with a non-reflective finish, this professional connection system reduces wasted time when attaching microphone shock absorbers, windshields or lighting accessories to tripods and arms, while improving safety and efficiency in your workflow.

Place the PCS-Spigot on any stand or arm with a 5/8" (16 mm) male spigot fitting and secure it with the supplied hex key for a fixed and secure quick-release system. Insert and 'click' into the supplied anodised aluminium 3/8" male tip to connect any accessory with a 3/8" thread for an auto-locking attachment that is completely secure and silent in use. The fitted Hytrel washer increases tension and ensures a tight fit, reducing the chance of loosening.

For release, the PCS-Spigot has an extra secure 'twist and pull' release mechanism for safe one-handed operation. The knurled finish of the PCS-Spigot ensures a firm grip, even with gloves, and improves low-light operation.
