The Samyang AF 135 mm F1.8 Sony FE is a telephoto lens designed for Full-Frame Sony E Mount cameras. The large maximum aperture of f/1.8 provides a very shallow depth of field, blurring the background and bringing the subject to the front. The Ultra-Precision Aspherical lens parts provide a natural and refined bokeh effect. The beautiful bokeh and small depth of field make the lens ideal for portraits, but it is also perfect for close-up photography.

The Samyang AF 135 mm F1.8 Sony FE lens has a minimum focusing distance of only 69 centimeters and a maximum magnification of 1:4. Distortions are effectively counteracted at all focusing distances, so you can capture everything accurately with a remarkably high resolution.

The lens offers high resolution across the entire image plane. The optical design consists of 13 elements in 11 groups, this in combination with the full-frame sensor from Sony ensures that the lens offers excellent resolution from corner to corner. The lens has an angle of view of 18.9° when used with full-frame sensors and an angle of view of 12.5° when used with APS-C sensors.

The AF 135Mmm F1.8 has extensive setting options thanks to the extra functions such as the Focus Hold button, the Custom Switch, and the focus range limitation. The Focus Hold button ensures that the autofocus is locked at the distance at which you are in focus. The lens autofocus system works quickly and accurately. The autofocus is also silent and smooth during video recordings. The Custom Switch is customisable with the optional Samyan Lens Station. You can set the Custom Switch in such a way that you can adjust the aperture continuously and silently using the focus ring. With the focus range limitation, you can choose the focus range yourself from the options: full, 0.69 to 2 meters, or 1.5 meters to infinity.
