SeaLife O-ring kit for SportDiver Ultra Housing

The SeaLife O-ring kit for SportDiver Ultra Housing is a replacement O-ring set for the SportDiver Ultra smartphone underwater housing. The set includes a main O-ring and an O-ring for the vacuum control port.

Please note: This set is not compatible with the SportDiver housing.

How do I replace the O-rings on the SeaLife SportDiver housing?

Lift the O-rings and remove them from their grooves using the O-ring removal tool.

Clean the O-ring grooves with a damp, lint-free cotton cloth.

Apply a thin layer of SeaLife Silicone O-ring lubricant (item SL9807) to the new O-rings.

Distribute the lubricant evenly with your fingertips. Do not stretch the O-rings. Place the new, lubricated O-rings into the groove, making sure the O-rings do not twist.

Check that the O-rings are clean and seated evenly in the groove.
