The Shure SM7B is a cardioid dynamic microphone that has improved rejection of electromagnetic hum: optimized for shielding against broadband interference emitted by computer monitors. The detachable close-talk windscreen eliminates the need for any add-on protection against explosive breath sounds – even for close-up vocals or narration. With a sensitivity of -59.0 dB and a frequency range of 50 to 20,000 Hz, the Shure SM7B captures almost all sounds in clear quality.
