You quickly attach the SmallRig 5214B Magnetic UV Filter via four built-in magnets, protecting your lens against bumps, scratches, water and oil.

The optical glass is made from B270 material with a double-sided multi-coating, so the filter resists water droplets, oil smudges and scratches while remaining easy to clean. Thanks to the multi-layer coating, you achieve a light transmission of 99%, for true-to-life colour reproduction, while the low surface reflection significantly reduces glare and ghosting. The filter is precision-milled using CNC technology, completely preventing vignetting. The ultra-thin aluminium frame of just 5 mm is barely noticeable during use, and the black inner side is matte oxidised to prevent reflective glare. Thanks to the four built-in magnets, you click the filter firmly into place, without risk of accidental detachment.
