The SmallRig 6025 Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7 V / 7R V / 7 IV is expertly designed to enhance your low-angle shooting experience whilst providing robust camera protection and versatile mounting options. This kit includes a cage, an HDMI cable clamp, and a top handle. The top handle ensures a comfortable grip, enabling easy transport, low-angle control, and smooth camera movements.
The cage features a three-point locking system for secure attachment without flex. Built-in pads offer comprehensive protection and prevent scratches, whilst precise cut-outs provide unobstructed access to camera ports, dials, buttons, and the battery compartment.
Multiple mounting points are included, such as 1/4"-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 positioning holes, and a "HawkLock" NATO rail for quick attachment of optional accessories such as side handles (SmallRig ID 4485) and top handles (SmallRig ID 4483). A built-in cold shoe mount allows you to attach devices such as the DJI Mic 2 and lights, whilst a QD connector on the base accommodates shoulder straps for improved portability. The base also features a magnetic hex key for easy assembly and disassembly.
In addition, the quick-release plate on the base, combined with the "HawkLock" H38 Arca-Swiss quick-release plate (SmallRig ID 4486), enables fast and automatic attachment. The integrated Arca-Swiss quick-release plate on the base ensures a seamless transition between handheld, tripod, and gimbal configurations (compatible with Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 Mini / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 Mini / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro stabilisers).
Furthermore, a hinged flap at the battery compartment provides extra grip for the little finger, whilst the included HDMI cable clamp securely fastens the cable for stable data transfer.
