The SmallRig 6704 Advanced Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7R VI is expertly designed to enhance your handheld shooting experience whilst providing robust camera protection and versatile mounting options. This kit includes a cage, a cold shoe mount, an HDMI cable clamp, a side handle and a top handle. The side handle features silicone damping for comfortable and stable use, whilst the top handle enables smooth camera movements for effortless low-angle shooting.

SmallRig 6704 Advanced Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7R VI

The cage uses a four-point locking system for a secure fit without flex. Built-in pads provide comprehensive Protection and prevent scratches, while precise cut-outs offer unobstructed access to the camera's ports, dials, buttons, and Battery compartment.

Multiple mounting points are included, such as 1/4"-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 positioning holes, and a HawkLock NATO rail for quick attachment of accessories such as side handles (SmallRig ID 4485) and top handles (SmallRig ID 4483). A built-in cold shoe mount allows you to attach microphones, LED lights, and other devices. The Arca-Swiss baseplate, combined with the HawkLock quick-release base (SmallRig ID 4486), enables a self-locking one-press action for smooth and efficient installation and removal. A QD socket on the base accommodates QD shoulder straps. A built-in magnetic hex key is included for easy disassembly.

The Arca-Swiss quick-release plate is compatible with Arca-Swiss tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 Mini / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 Mini / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro / RS 5 gimbals, allowing seamless switching between handheld, gimbal, and tripod shooting. In addition, a hinged flap at the Battery compartment provides extra grip for the little finger, while the included HDMI cable clamp secures the cable firmly for stable data transfer.
