The Swarovski EL Range 8x42 TA (Tracking Assistant) binoculars are an updated and improved version of their popular predecessor, the EL Range WB. The optical improvements can be found for instance in Swarovision, 90% light transmission, a better resolution and a wider field of vision. The EL Range 8x42 TA also includes a Tracking Assistant, with which you see your last three measurement points, including direction, angle and distance, via your smartphone with the Swaro app. The maximum measurement distance has improved to 10-2000 metres and angle, air pressure and temperature have also been added, as well as direction with the aid of the electronic compass. In addition, you can also store the three different profiles in the app. If you use the binoculars without your smartphone, for instance during a walk you can see at any moment in what direction and for what distance you must walk in order to return to the place of your last measurement point.
