The Swarovski STX 25-60x85 is a spotting scope with a straight view that is ideal for observing and tracking moving objects such as birds and other wildlife scenes. This spotting scope is constructed in such a way to consistently provide optimal image quality. For example, Field Flattener lenses render the image razor sharp, right up to the edges. So you do not need to focus continuously. But you can also make good use of this lens if you wear glasses. You can adjust the twist-off cap and replace it with a special eyecup so you can comfortably enjoy maximum field of vision and absolute sharpness even with your glasses.

To protect the eyepiece and provide even higher quality, they have four different coatings: Swarodur, Swarotop, Swarobright and Swaroclean. The coating Swarodur is a hard, scratch-resistant layer on the exterior of the viewer. This way, the eyepiece will last even longer without damage. The Swarotop and Swarobright coatings reduce light loss, reduce internal reflections and create a brighter, more contrasty and colour-neutral image. The coating Swaroclean is a dirt- and water-repellent coating that ensures the viewer needs to be cleaned less often to achieve optimum clarity. Furthermore, the scope is filled with Nitrogen and sealed with an O-ring, making it dust- and waterproof. It is also possible to place the lens module on a tripod. In fact, there is a 1/4"-20 Arca-Swiss tripod connection at the bottom, so you can place the Swarovski telescope on almost any tripod.

If you want to take a picture of the image with your camera, you can use the optional TLS APO for that. With this, you capture those beautiful nature images so you can watch them back later. The scope is easy to carry. A special stay-on case has been developed for this, in which you can store the lens, but its light weight and compact size also allow you to take it with you in your luggage.
