The Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III VXD G2 is a low-light zoom lens with a Nikon Z mount. A lightweight, standard zoom lens for full-frame Nikon Z cameras. This updated lens features an all-new optical system to improve image performance. The lens construction consists of 17 elements in 15 groups, including LD and GM elements, to minimise chromatic aberrations and optimise the quality of your images.

With this 28-75mm lens from Tamron, you enjoy very high resolution at all focal lengths and across the entire image plane. And with the aperture fully open, you get a beautiful bokeh effect, taking your portraits to a higher level.

The minimum focusing distance of only 18 cm at wide-angle and a maximum magnification ratio of 1:2.7 provide unique perspectives for wide-angle lenses. The autofocus is powered by Tamron's VXD (Voice-coil eXtreme-torque Drive) linear focusing mechanism, which provides fast, precise and silent operation.

The Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III VXD G2 is compatible with the new 'Tamron Lens Utility' software. The 'Tamron Lens Utility' software can be operated by connecting the lens to your computer. This is done using the dedicated port and the optional Tamron USB-C connectivity cable. Users can adapt the lens' functions and update the firmware via the lens rather than via the camera body.
