Do you have classic M42 lenses that you would like to use on your Nikon Z camera? With the Zhongyi Mitakon Lens Turbo Mark 2, you unlock the full potential of your vintage glass on an APS-C sensor. You not only (almost) regain the original angle of view, but also gain one extra stop of light.

The adapter reduces the crop factor by 0.726x. On a Nikon Z camera with APS-C sensor, a 50mm lens behaves like a 55mm instead of a zoomed-in 75mm. This means you retain the wide character of your lenses. In addition, an f/2 lens effectively becomes an f/1.4! Ideal for filming or photographing in low-light conditions.

*Please note: This adapter is optically optimized for APS-C sensors. If you use it on a full-frame camera (such as the Z6 or Z8), manually switch to DX crop mode to prevent dark corners.*

Image quality remains excellent thanks to 4 lens elements, including ED glass. This ensures your photos are sharp and color-accurate. The adapter is extremely solidly built from metal, yet at 233 grams still light enough to carry in your bag.

You work fully manually: both focusing and aperture are controlled via the lens itself. This slower, deliberate process perfectly matches the charm of analog photography.
