The H5studio captures up to six tracks simultaneously, including four iso tracks and a stereo mix, with a maximum sample rate of 192 kHz. The recorder offers a wide range of inputs, including lockable XLR/TRS inputs with +48V phantom power, and a 3.5mm stereo jack with plug-in power. The 32-bit float microphone capsules provide incredible frequency response and a maximum sound pressure level of 140 dB, allowing you to capture recordings with deep, detailed sounds. The built-in colour LCD screen provides real-time visualisation of your recordings, while look-ahead limiters prevent distortion before it reaches the recording.

The H5studio is not only ideal for location recording, but also functions as a USB audio interface with four inputs and two outputs, perfect for streaming or recording to a computer. Thanks to the ZOOM Handy Control & Sync app, multiple recorders can be remotely controlled and synchronised. In addition, creators can easily export recordings in WAV format and even match their audio to video with the recording start tone function. The recorder offers 15 hours of recording time on four AA batteries and can also be powered via USB.
