Tilta MB-T16-A Mirage Matte Box with VND
The Tilta MB-T16-A Mirage Matte Box with VND is a matte box system developed for videographers. With a standard 995mm clamp on the back, it can be directly mounted on classic cinema lenses such as ARRI Ultra Primes, Leica Summicron-C, etc. The new circular filter design has a smaller size and weighs only ¼ of a traditional 4x5.65 filter.
The system supports a variety of special effect circular filters, such as multicolour stripes, anamorphic bursts, black and white pro mists and so on. The VND module is suitable for multiple configurations, the lightest of which is only 130g. The VND module can be controlled wirelessly by a micro motor to adjust the ND level remotely, which provides more flexibility during shooting.
The standard wireless range is 100m and can be further expanded with a wireless signal booster for aerial photography (optional).
The VND motor can be controlled with the new wireless controller (included in the VND + motor kit) and with Tilta's Nucleus series of wireless follow-focus systems.
