Zeapon Easylock2 + Tripod Head Kit
The Zeapon Easylock2 + tripod head kit is designed for a few purposes. It can be used as a stand for the Zeapon Micro 2 slider, sold separately, to support the slider on desktop and ground surfaces. Or it can only be used as a low-profile desktop/ground mount for your camera, rather than something like a mini-tripod. In both cases, the tilting feet can be adjusted to compensate for slightly uneven surfaces. The EasyLock also provides a convenient way to move the slider or camera from a tripod directly to a desktop/ground surface. The EasyLock comes with an Arca-Swiss compatible quick release plate that makes mounting a tripod even easier. An Allen wrench for the plate is included and is hidden on the underside of the EasyLock. Also included is a tilt and swivel ball head. When the EasyLock is used with the slider, the ball head can be mounted on top of the slider to support a camera. If the EasyLock is only used with a camera, the ball head can be used to support the camera. The EasyLock has a load capacity of 15 kg, while the ball head supports a maximum of 8 kg.
The EasyLock has four legs that can be set as far apart as you need for different surfaces, and the feet are tiltable. The legs are also foldable. They fit completely under the mounting surface so that the EasyLock can be stored very compactly. The mounting platform is approximately 20 cm long. When the EasyLock is used with the Micro 2 slider, which is 33 cm long, it provides secure support because it has a relatively large platform. The Micro 2 slider does not have its own legs/feet as it is an extendable slider with a double rail design with no space for legs, so the EasyLock is the only way to use it on desktop and floor surfaces.
The EasyLock and ball head both have a 1/4"-20 mounting screw, and a 1/4"-20 to 3/8"-16 adapter is included to convert the EasyLock screw to 3 /8"-16 to support 3/8"-16-mount tripod heads and other supporting equipment.
