The Fujifilm X-T5 incorporates the nostalgic look & feel of analog cameras with staggering results. The digital mirrorless camera has an analog control functionality, yet with its 40.2 megapixel image sensor, delivers reliable, ultra-sharp images.

The X-T5 boasts superlative high resolution image quality. The X-Trans CMOS 5 HR image sensor, together with the X-Processor 5, provides detailed images in magnificent Fujifilm colours. The standard sensitivity of the sensor starts at ISO 125, for sharp pictures with minimal noise. The shortest electronic shutter speed is just 1/180,000th seconds, helping you capture ultra-sharp images in no time at all. The low base ISO and short minimal shutter speed also ensure you can photograph with an open aperture in sunny conditions, with beguiling background blur. The Pixel Shift Multi Shot option combines several RAW images for ultra-high resolution footage and exceedingly accurate colour reproduction, which is ideal for commercial product photography.

Video recordings also feature stunning resolution and sharpness. With the X-T5 you can create 6.2K resolution videos at 30fps in 4:2:2 10-bit colour depth. The 4K HQ mode uses 6.2K oversampling to guarantee high image quality. F-LOG2 compatibility results in a very dynamic range of a whopping 13+ stops.

Reliable accuracy

Thanks to Deep Learning technology the autofocus system can automatically recognise subjects, such as animals and vehicles. The revamped image sensor features a greater number of phase detection pixels compared to its predecessor, for even more accurate focusing. The mirrorless camera also features an AI-based automatic white balance option, which provides you with detailed colour accuracy in any lighting condition. Internal image stabilisation minimises camera shake over five axles, up to a whopping seven stops; which is ideal for street photographers and in poor lighting conditions.

Renowned and revered

As we have come to expect from the X-T series, the camera features a centralised electronic viewfinder as well as all the usual Fujifilm control buttons. The LCD display can be folded out in three different directions, which is ideal for photographing from the hip or vertically. The touchscreen on the back of the camera has a staggeringly high 1.84 million pixel resolution. The camera housing is more lightweight and compact compared to its predecessor. The lightweight, compact model weighs just 557 grams and is immensely portable.

This Tamron 17-70mm F2.8 Di III-A VC RXD is a bright zoom lens for Fujifilm's mirrorless cameras. For APS-C cameras, this is the first interchangeable lens with 4.1 times standard zoom and an f/2.8 aperture with a focal length of 17-70mm (25.5-105mm converted at full frame). Thanks to the short 19cm focal distance at wide angle and 39cm at telephoto, it's possible to take stunning macro shots with an impressive bokeh. Portrait, landscape or street, this lens is ideal for capturing life's best moments in detailed photos.

The 17-70mm f/2.8 has Tamron's VC image stabiliser.This stabiliser ensures optimal sharpness in hand-held shots, because it effectively eliminates unwanted camera shake. The lens' optical performance is fully exploited when using the stabiliser, making it possible to shoot with slower shutter speeds even, at dusk or indoors. Because the VC technology uses artificial intelligence, better image stabilisation is guaranteed during filming.

The autofocus works with the silent RXD stepper motor (Rapid eXtra-silent Stepping Drive). The AF system has a sensor that constantly determines the current lens focus. This ensures fast and precise autofocus.
