Sigma FP2 Body + Electronic Viewfinder EVF-21
The Sigma FP2 is a full-frame camera with an L-mount, designed entirely around creativity. With a single switch on top of the body, you choose between STILL (photo) and Cine (video). Thanks to its strong qualities in both photo and video, the Sigma FP2 is the ideal camera for content creators who shoot both photos and videos.
The 24.5-megapixel partially stacked CMOS sensor delivers images with plenty of detail, color depth and a wide dynamic range. The FP2 shoots up to 20 frames per second, so you capture action moments razor-sharp, from the tennis court to the football pitch. The shutter is fully electronic. The autofocus with eye detection recognizes people, dogs, cats and birds, and works from -5 EV. With the built-in color mode, you choose from 13 color modes and instantly give your photo its own style.
In Cine mode, you film in 6K OpenGate, where the full sensor is read out, with up to 14.1 stops of dynamic range in L-Log. You record in Apple ProRes RAW, H.264 and H.265. With the dedicated Director's Viewfinder, you simulate the image of cinema cameras from ARRI, Sony and RED, and 32-bit float audio recording limits noise and clipping.
With a weight of 376 grams and a length of 112.8 millimeters, the Sigma FP2 is a compact full-frame camera that is fully dust- and splash-resistant. In addition to an SD card slot (UHS-II), the camera has 70 GB of internal memory, on which you keep recording when your card is full. The battery lasts 370 photos or 130 minutes of video. This makes the Sigma FP2 the ideal camera for content creators who shoot a lot of hybrid and are looking for a compact full-frame camera.
The Sigma EVF-21 is an external electronic viewfinder, made specifically for the FP2. The display is sharp and bright, and covers approximately 100% of the image. You easily attach it via the USB-C port and you can tilt it from 0° to 90°, so you shoot comfortably at eye level or at waist level. With the diopter adjustment, you adapt it to your own eyes, even if you wear glasses. The viewfinder comes with an eyecup (EC-51), a large eyecup (EC-61) and a semi-hard case (VC-08A).
