Bean bags
A bean bag provides extra stability during shooting. This is especially useful for macro photography when you get close to the ground and need to have a steady hand, for example. You just position the camera on the bean bag and what's more, you can lean on it yourself. Some bean bags also have a strap that allows you to attach them to fences, doors, trees, etc.
