We do everything we can to deliver your order on time. In 99% of cases we can, because we work closely with our carriers. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to deal with external factors, such as storms, road works, delays at the carrier, so there may still be a slight delay.
If you place an order on a business day before 3pm, we will ship your order the same evening - if in stock and if we have received the payment. You then will receive the order in 2 - 3 working days by UPS, unless a different delivery time is mentioned on the product page.
This does not apply to packages longer than 1.50 meters or heavier than 25 kg. Different delivery times (and shipping costs) may apply to printers and monitors, for example. The delivery time of these goods, when in stock, is 3 - 5 working days.
A parcel is usually considered large and/or heavy when it exceeds the standard dimensions and/or weight and, therefore, is not eligible for a standard shipment or it cannot be shipped. In this case, please get in touch with our customer service.
During bank holidays and special days (such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday), we do our very best to deliver on time. During these days, however, the delivery time may be delayed by 1 working day. At Photospecialist, you can rely on transparent and honest shipping fees and a quick and safe delivery of your order by our carrier UPS. The shipping costs depend on the length and/or weight of the product.

You will receive an email with a bar code and corresponding number on the day that we ship your order. With this information, you can check the status of your shipment whenever you want.
If you reside in a country outside the European Union you may have to pay the relevant import taxes and customs duties (customs fees). These costs vary from country to country and you are accountable for these costs. If you wish to establish what costs are involved, please contact your country's customs.
