With the Atomos Ninja phone base you can turn your smartphone into a monitor and recorder for any HDMI camera! Attach the Ninja Phone to your iPhone 15 Pro or Max, connect an HDMI-equipped camera, and you can use your smartphone as a viewing monitor or video co-processor.
Record directly in Apple ProRes or H.265 without compromising quality. The Ninja Phone encodes the HDMI signal from the camera to ProRes or H.265 with superior 10-bit quality for perfect HDR. You can also use the iPhone’s sharp OLED display as a viewfinder, complete with Atomos’ professional video monitoring tools and without any latency. Details are razor-sharp, and you know exactly what you are capturing.
Use the camera-to-cloud function for a super-efficient workflow. Upload to the cloud while filming, so you can start editing right away. You can also use other Atomos Cloud Services such as remote live production and cloud editing. Stream directly from your camera to all major streaming platforms. 10-bit, H.265 encoding, Wi-Fi 6E and low-latency 5G ensure super smooth mobile live-streaming.
The Ninja Phone works with the phone base and a smartphone case. The case ensures a secure attachment of the Ninja Phone to your smartphone. The Ninja Phone iPhone app, available for download from the App Store, controls and coordinates the operation of both the Ninja Phone and the iPhone.
A secure cable management system keeps all your cables neatly in place. The Atomos cables for the Ninja Phone click securely into place, so they don't accidentally disconnect. A separate USB-C hub leaves room for adding external iPhone accessories such as microphones. The Ninja Phone is powered by standard NP batteries, a battery eliminator or a USB-C 5V/3A input. The iPhone is charged while in use, so you can continue filming for a long time.
