The Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 12K PL is a professional digital film camera with stunning 12K resolution, packaged in the look&feel of a traditional broadcast camera. It allows you to shoot up to 60 fps in 12K and 240 fps in 4K. In addition, the sensor delivers 14 stops dynamic range, so that you can still have lots of options during the post-production.

Thanks to the powerful technology and the compact format, this camera is suitable for almost every type of visual production which you could imagine. Movies, documentaries, TV programmes, independent films and live broadcasts, really everything is possible with the URSA Mini Pro 12K PL.

ND filters

This camera has built-in ND filters, which block the amount of light that falls on the sensor. You can choose from 2, 4 or 6 stops light correction. Even with poorer light conditions, you can use these ND filters, so that you can use various settings in the shutter speed and aperture without loss of colour or too dark images. Thanks to the integrated infrared filters, you are not bothered by distortions in the image.

Replaceable lens mount

For every type of production, you use other lenses with other mounts. Fortunately, with the URSA Mini Pro 12K PL, it is possible to replace the lens mount. You can quickly and easily change between a PL, EF and F mount. For every production the correct lens.

Intuitive and user-friendly interface for ultimate control.

You can operate the most important buttons and functions on the side of the camera. The layout is made in such a way that this feels very logical and you can easily operate this. Once you are famiilar with which button is where, you can completely operate the camera without taking it off your shoulder or unfolding the LCD screen. With this video camera, you get the editing programme DaVinci Resolve Studio completely free so that you can easily make all the adjustments that you want to your film.

Backlit LCD status screen and 4" tiltable touchscreen

The Backlit Status Display gives all the information that you need during filming. You see for instance time codes, ISO, aperture, shutter speed, audio levels and more. Even in bright daylight, this screen is easy to read. The 4" unfoldable touchscreen monitor has a high resolution with a very clear image. Every function of the camera can be set via this screen, so that you have an overview of everything. It is also possible to operate the camera with the aid of the Blackmagic Camera control app.
