The Bresser Junior lens telescope 70/900 EL is an excellent telescope for the novice astronomer, but also very useful for the more advanced. The NG mount makes finding objects very easy. This can also be set in an EQ position if you are more familiar with telescopic equipment. The diameter of the lens is 70 mm and the focal length is 900 mm. This gives a total magnification of approximately 140x. This makes planet and moon observations possible. If the conditions are very favourable, it is even possible to spot extremely bright nebulae.
