This lens has a maximum aperture of F/2.8 throughout the entire zoom range. This allows you to take beautiful shots in low light with a nice, shallow depth of field. This is perfect for bokeh in portrait photography. Take stable handheld photos at slower shutter speeds thanks to the powerful 5.5-stop image stabilizer.
