The Caruba Magic Arm 11"rotary knob is a 28cm long accessory arm with two 1/4-20 connections and a hot shoe adapter. This Magic Arm is flexible to use due to the different connections. The adjustment, of both the arms and the heads, is done by loosening the knob in the middle. When you have the assembly in the correct position, tighten the knob again.
