The Crumpler Proper Roady 200 is a camera case, which is assembled from a robust nylon (1000D) to protect your equipment optimally. Thanks to the padded interior and tough exterior your compact camera is well protected against scratches, dust and splashing water.
1000D Chicken Tex Supreme
Chicken Tex is a fabric made for Crumpler of 1000D nylon fabric. The D stands for denier, which is a measure of the strength and (weaving) density of fabrics. 1000D is very high. ChickenTex is strong and densely-woven and therefore offers very good protection against all weather conditions. Chicken Tex is a name invented by Crumpler and is made especially for Crumpler.
Water-repellent
Chicken Tex has a layer of PU (polyurethane) on the inside, and a coating of teflon on the outside. Crumpler bags are therefore incomparable well protected against water, moisture and dirt. The protection materials (neoprene) also have a waterproof outer layer.
Stitching
Crumpler makes extensive use of trenches in its stitching, these are multiple crossed stitching lines to reinforce cross joints and ends. Which are also used in, for example, jeans. Trenches are very strong and create an extremely durable product.
30 year warranty
Because Crumpler pays much attention to design and manufacturing a guarantee period of 30 years is possible. A Crumpler bag is made to last a lifetime.
