At an additional cost for replacement, you can have your damaged Product replaced in case of an accident. Replacement products are brand new or equivalent to brand new products in terms of performance and reliability.
During the DJI Care Refresh service period, key components remain covered by the officialële warranty, keeping your Product protected for longer.
DJI Care has exclusive technical service channels to provide support, including online chat and telephone support.
- Conditions for first purchase: Product is brand new and non-activated, or has been activated within 48 hours.
- Conditions for service renewal: If you have purchased DJI Care Refresh for your device, you can renew the service with DJI Care Refresh (1-year subscription) within 15 days of the expiry of the current service.
