DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan DJI Mavic 3 Cine
The DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for DJI Mavic 3 Cine provides two replacement units at a small additional cost in ééone year and covers a wide range of accidents.
Please note that:
1. DJI Care Refresh (1-year plan) can be tied to a previously purchased DJI drone if it meets any of the following criteria:
- Brand new and non-activated drone;
- Drones activated within the past 48 hours.
2. DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region, as DJI Care Refresh benefits are only eligible in the region in which it is purchased.
3. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability. You can request a replacement a maximum of two times in ééone year. The first replacement for the DJI Mavic 3 costs €239 and the second replacement costs €289. If you use a replacement covered by Flyaway Coverage, you will pay €1139. Flyaway Coverage covers situations where you lose your drone in flight.
4. Shipping costs, for returning your product for a replacement service, are fully covered by DJI.
