The DJI Care 1-Year Plan Refresh for Air 3S provides two replacement units for a small additional charge in one year and covers a wide range of accidents, giving you greater peace of mind.
Please note:
1. DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) can be tied to a previously purchased DJI aircraft if it meets one of the following criteria:
- Brand new and unactivated aircraft;
- Aircraft activated within the last 48 hours.
2. After purchasing DJI Care Refresh, your service agreement will be sent to you by email. DJI Care Refresh will be automatically attached to your product bound and will take effect within 24 hours.
3. DJI Care refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as DJI Care refresh benefits are only eligible in the region where it is purchased.
4. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
