- The drone must be brand new and not yet activated;
- Drone activated in the last 48 hours.
- DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region as the benefits of DJI Care Refresh only apply in the region of purchase.
- Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new, in terms of performance and reliability. Over a two year period you can request a replacement up to two times.
- The shipping costs for returning your product for a replacement service are fully covered by DJI.
