The DJI Care Refresh Card 2-Year Subscription for the Mini 3 Pro offers three replacement units for a small additional cost over two years and covers a wide range of accidents.
Please note that:
1. DJI Care Refresh (2-year subscription) can be tied to a previously purchased DJI aircraft if it meets one of the following criteria:
- Brand new and unactivated aircraft;
- Aircraft activated in the last 48 hours.
2. After DJI Care Refresh is purchased, your service agreement will be emailed to you. DJI Care Refresh is automatically tied to your product and will take effect within 24 hours.
3. DJI Care Refresh and associated product must be purchased in the same country or region as DJI Care Refresh benefits are only eligible in the region in which it was purchased.
4. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. You can request a replacement up to three times in two years. The first replacement for the Mini 3 Pro costs €75, the second €79 and the third €89.
5. The Care Refresh service includes DJI Flyaway Coverage. If a flight incident occurs (when your drone gets lost while flying), pay the associated service fee to get a replacement product quickly. In this case it costs €255 to request a replacement device. This service covers 2 flyaways. To use the Flyaway cover, you must activate it first. 6. Shipping costs for returning your product for a replacement service are fully covered by DJI.
