The DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan for DJI Mavic 3 Cine offers three replacement units for a small additional cost over two years and covers a wide range of accidents.
Keep in mind that:
1. DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) can be tied to a previously purchased DJI drone if it meets one of the following criteria:
- The drone must be brand new and not yet activated;
- Drones activated in the last 48 hours.
2. DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region as the benefits of DJI Care Refresh are only eligible in the region in which it was purchased.
3. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. You can request a replacement up to three times in two years. The first replacement for the DJI Mavic 3 costs €239, the second replacement €289 and the third replacement €339. When you use a replacement covered by the Flyaway Coverage, you pay €1139. The Flyaway Coverage covers situations where you lose your drone during a flight.
4. The shipping costs for returning your product for a replacement service are fully covered by DJI.
