The DJI Care Refresh 2-Year plan for Osmo Action 5 Pro offers two replacement units for a small extra cost in two years and covers a wide range of accidents, giving you more peace of mind.
Please note that:
1. DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) can be tied to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets one of the following criteria:
- Brand new and non-activated product;
- Products activated within the last 48 hours.
2. After DJI Care Refresh is purchased, your service agreement will be sent to you by email. DJI Care Refresh will be automatically tied to your product and will take effect within 24 hours.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region, as DJI Care Refresh benefits are only eligible in the region in which it is purchased.
4. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
