The DJI Care Refresh is a two-year indemnity insurance for your DJI Pocket 2. With the insurance, you will be reimbursed for a large part of the repair costs, making you cheaper than if you had to have the actioncam repaired yourself. The insurance covers damage caused by a defect, improper use, collision or water damage. Per year, it is possible to replace two parts (for a small fee). Furthermore, with the DJI Care Refresh, you always get advice on your products at the moment you need it s. Moreover, the products are shipped for free. You can also choose the DJI Care Refresh EXPRESS option, which means you will be helped even faster.

How to activate the DJI Care Refresh Card
- Go to the activation page: support.dji.com/care/active
- Fill in the following here: Serial number of the Pocket 2, the DJI Care Refresh activation code and Personal information
- The DJI Care Refresh agreement will be sent to your email
What are the conditions
The DJI Care Refresh imposes some conditions on insurance:
- The actioncam has not been activated yet or recently
- Within 30 days of the purchase you must activate the DJI Care Refresh
- The repairs are only valid in the specified regions
- The Care Refresh is not valid on DJI Pocket 2 OUTLET
- The Care Refresh is valid for 2 years (24 months)
How does the repair process work
The process follows the following five steps:
- In case of a defect or damage, contact DJI at: www.dji.com/support. Here you will find instructions on how to send in your defective or damaged DJI Pocket 2.
- Place a repair request via: www.dji.com/service/repair
- The request will be sent to the DJI Repair Centre
- Following which you will pay a small fee for the replacement. For the first time this is €29,- and for the second time this fee is €39,-.
- Your repaired DJI Pocket 2 will be shipped to you free of charge
Points for repair process
- You ll need to have the DJI Pocket 2 in your possession and present it for repair. If the actioncam is lost DJI will not reimburse you.
- Maintain your own contact with DJI. It is possible to arrange the repair via Kamera Express, but this causes logistical delays.
