The DJI Care Refresh (2 Year) for DJI Flip Pro provides four replacement units for a small additional cost over two years and covers a wide range of accidents.
Please note that:
1. DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) can be tied to a previously purchased DJI drone if it meets any of the following criteria:
- Brand new and non-activated drone;
- Drones activated within the past 48 hours.
2. DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region, as DJI Care Refresh benefits are only eligible in the region in which it was purchased.
3. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability. You can request a replacement a maximum of four times in two years. Flyaway Coverage covers situations when you lose your drone in flight.
4. Shipping costs, for returning your product for replacement service, are fully covered by DJI.
